I am utterly confused by this post

NO OH MY GOD THIS IS BOTHERING ME NOW THOUGH.
The voice that narrates your life, like,…
for pictures it usually goes straight to the concept for me but the internal narration might start when I start thinking about the apple.
ie. I see an apple. I start thinking about apples. in my head I start talking and saying things like ‘now I want an apple. apple pie is good with ice cream. etc.etc.’
so the actually apple goes straight to concept but my thoughts on the apple are narrated. I don’t see an apple and “say” apple in my head but the train of thought I have afterwards is verbal.
ugh
