‘Combating’ ur eating disorder with ‘clean eating/ONLY healthy food instagram lifestyle’ etc is still fixating on food and image tbh…like just because you were an*rexic and now you take pictures of ur 🍑 butt and spend all ur time at the gym….is still hyper fixating on body image and eating habits and dangerous. no hating at those who do go to the gym and have/are genuinely recovering by doing that but. The message has changed from unachievable skinniness to unachievable ripped healthy gal. I hate Instagram the end.
