whenever people go on about how mean and nasty cats are i think less of them >_> (if even just a little)

i also think that they probably have no idea how to handle a cat because ive NEVER had a problem with a cat in my life.

like i have a friend who has also had cats her whole life but she’s TERRIBLE with them like of course if you run up to them and grab them and roll around with them they are going to get pissed at you! i dont care if the cat you have now “just puts up with it” dont call my cat mean or lame just because you want to ignore when you are VERY CLEARLY making them uncomfortable…

especially if its in English and you speak english???? like,,,

i understand if its one thing if you speak in certain way mockingly and use it to put other people down but if you legitimately adopted a word or phrase into your vocabulary and you use it in a way that doesn’t mock the group that it originally came from then thats not cultural appropriation….

like for gods sake its not even a deep or spiritual phrase its fucking slang if you think that people aren’t allowed to start using words and phrases that they heard someone else use and started using themselves then i dont think you understand how languages and learning work….
