i keep on scratching myself. its such a gross habit but i always fucking pick at my skin or i scratch my head until i start bleeding and it soooooo baaaadddd and i keep fucking doing it
like, i KNOW it is a gross destructive habit but i just cant get out of it and i wish i could fucking stop but i do it without even thinking
