This needs a です(which means is, am, or are) at the end. 私 は merely says that the subject of the sentence is “I” but it doesn’t say what the subject does. Perhaps even more correct would be to use いる which means to exist(if the object is animate. Which I hope you are. ある Is used for inanimate objects)
