honestly some of your guys’ problems on here is that you really truly at your core need to go outside & also regularly interact with people you genuinely enjoy being around
& this isn’t even meant as a like..”go outside & ur depression/anxiety/etc will be cured!” its just about giving yourself enough tools to work with in your life so you can get to the point where you realize there are other alternatives to just sitting around at home ruminating on depressing things. when you have things to look forward to, that helps give some hope into the future lol
