Incremental change favors the privileged. Time is quite literally a luxury many oppressed and marginalized groups cannot afford. Centrism and “pragmatic incrementalism” are crappy strategies for fighting Republicans. I’m here for the fierce urgency of NOW, not for lukewarm moderates who care more about preserving order than they care about justice.
