this is bullshit. before tumblr i was bigoted and sexist without even realizing it. its only now that ive learned and can look back that i see it. 

tumblr DOES elicit change. tumblr activism DOES make a difference. Im not saying that its perfect, because its certainly not, but ive learned so much from being on this site and grown so much as a person. 

its alright to criticize tumblr for its flaws and in fact we definitely SHOULD speak out about the issues with the community but i find it insulting and belittling when people completely ignore the good its done as well.
