PSA: LET’S MAKE VIEWING THE NEXT UPDATE LESS CHAOTIC!!!
I know we’re all slowly agreeing to the idea of not making a big deal of the update when it comes to confuse the other fandoms, and that’s all fine and dandy.
But we should also all agree to something else.
The minute you find out the update is up, DO NOT MENTION IT. Don’t make text posts saying HALLELUJAH THE UPD8 IS HERE LET’S GO GUYS. Just go read it.
My reasoning behind this is to prevent a repeat of 10/25
You all know by heart the sites we ended up crashing, and how long it took to make sure everyone had a chance to see Cascade.
Let’s try not to let that happen again!
The minute you finish seeing the update, leave the site. No seriously just leave. Don’t rewatch it, don’t freeze up and stare at your screen, don’t bawl your eyes out and scream HUSSIIIIIEEEEEEEE!!!!!; you can do those things later.
Just. Get. Out.
Another option, for people with Livestream accounts, is to stream the update the first time you watch it. Don’t watch it by yourself then stream your second viewing. Just stream it right away. By streaming, it’s 50 people watching the update but only 1 person is actually on the site.

DON’T MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF IT ON TUMBLR!
I mean you guys don’t have to follow this if you really don’t want to, but just remember that it’s better to be a few minutes late to the update than have to wait a few hours because the site crashed.
